Deposits

Deposits are required for all appointments and will be credited toward your final bill. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if:

   •   You cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

   •   You fail to show up for your appointment.

   •   You arrive more than 15 minutes late.

To retain your deposit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.

This policy ensures your stylist has adequate time to accommodate another client in your vacated spot. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Your time is important to us, and we work hard to ensure a seamless experience for every client. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding late arrivals and cancellations.

If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you within our schedule. However, in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time or team member within the same week. If we’re unable to find a suitable alternative, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will apply.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively, providing the exceptional service you expect while respecting the time of all our clients. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Confirmations & Cancellations

At Yots Hair, we aim to make your experience seamless and stress-free. To help you stay on track with your upcoming appointment, we’ll send a reminder via text at least 48 hours in advance. To secure your spot, we kindly ask you to confirm with a simple ‘YES’ within 48 hours of receiving our reminder or let us know if you need to reschedule.

If we don’t receive your confirmation at least 24 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it to accommodate other clients.

We understand that life happens and plans can change, even with the best intentions. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. For same-day cancellations or missed appointments after confirmation, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost will be charged.

This policy helps us maintain an organized schedule, ensuring every client receives the dedicated, high-quality service they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Refunds Policy

At Yots Hair, our priority is your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds for hair services, we are committed to ensuring you love your results. If you have any concerns after leaving the salon, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a complimentary revision appointment at a time that works for you.

Please note that this service is free of charge unless it involves additional or new work outside the scope of what was originally discussed and agreed upon during your initial appointment.

For concerns raised beyond 7 days of your appointment, we kindly ask that you book a new colour appointment, which will be charged accordingly.

Your happiness with our service matters to us, and we’ll do everything we can to exceed your expectations.

Damage to client property

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Yots Hair does not assume responsibility for any damage to your personal belongings including clothing or accessories. Please ensure that you wear suitable attire to your appointment and keep personal belongings safe from potential exposure to products or equipment used in our salon. Should any accidental damage occur, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused but we are unable to accept liability for these incidents.
